Although only a small Masjid, we offer a range of services for the Muslim community.

Matrimonial Services.

Arranging your nikah

Our Imam can conduct your nikah at the masjid. Please get in touch as early as possible with your preferred date so we can confirm availability and talk you through what is needed on the day.

What you will need

• The bride and groom, both present and consenting
• The bride's wali (guardian)
• Two adult Muslim witnesses
• An agreed mahr
• Photo identification for the couple

Civil registration

In England and Wales a nikah on its own is not usually recognised as a legal marriage. We encourage every couple to also register a civil marriage so that both husband and wife have full legal protection.
